Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how Learniv subscriptions work, including pricing, automatic renewal, billing, and cancellation. They form part of our Terms & Conditions. Learniv is operated by Nixelton Limited, Limassol, Cyprus. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as merchant of record / seller of record for your purchase.

💳 Auto-renewal notice: Learniv subscriptions renew automatically at the standard price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in one click through the Manage Subscription portal - see Section 5.

1. Subscriptions and Plans

Access to Learniv's paid features requires an active subscription. We offer several plans, some of which include a discounted introductory price for the first billing period, after which the subscription renews at the standard recurring price.

The table below shows example plans and introductory pricing. These figures are illustrative only.

After any introductory period ends, your subscription automatically renews at the standard price for the corresponding billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, 4-weekly, or 12-weekly, depending on your plan) at the then-current standard price. Renewal continues until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Learniv and its payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal, including after any introductory period, until you cancel.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time - in one click - through the Manage Subscription option in your account or via the customer billing portal (powered by Stripe). Cancellation stops future renewals. You will not be charged again after you cancel, provided you cancel before the next renewal date.

If you cannot access the portal, email a.chernov@nixelton.com and we will help you cancel.

6. When Access Ends

When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew and access to paid features ends. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law or under our Refund Policy.

7. Taxes and VAT

Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location. Where Stripe acts as merchant of record / seller of record, it calculates, collects, and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax on our behalf, based on your billing location. Your receipt will reflect any tax charged.

8. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices or plan features. We will give you reasonable advance notice (for example, by email) before a price change affects your renewals. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, including your statutory rights as an EU/EEA consumer. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
