Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a Learniv subscription. It applies to purchases made through the Learniv website and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Learniv is operated by Nixelton Limited, Limassol, Cyprus. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as merchant of record for your transaction.

1. Overview

Learniv provides digital content and services delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase. Because of this, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited once access has begun (see Section 3). Where those limits do not apply, or as a goodwill matter, we offer the refund window described below.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund of the most recent payment within 14 days of that charge, provided you have made only limited use of the Service during that period. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. However, for digital content that is supplied immediately and not on a physical medium, this right is lost once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

When you subscribe to Learniv and gain immediate access, you are asked to give this consent and acknowledgement at checkout. Where you have not started using the Service, or where you did not provide such consent, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right continues to apply and you may cancel for a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

4. What Is Not Refundable

To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the renewal date. See the Subscription Terms for how to cancel.

6. Processing Time

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first - we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
